Class 4 Hail Impact Resistant Shingles

Qualify for substantial insurance discount by utilizing roofing shingles with a Class 4 impact resistance rating. Roofing products are tested through the UL2218 testing standards in order to achieve a Class rating of 1 to 4 , with Class 4 being the best rating available for residential composition shingles. The impact resistance is achieved by utilizing specially blended modified shingles.

Modified Asphalt Composition Roofing Products

Modified asphalt compositions shingles use various synthetic rubber modifiers blended into the asphalt to enhance the flexibility, durability, crack resistance, impact resistance and the resistance to ultraviolet light. These shingles are available in many of the same styles and colors as the standard composition shingles, including dimensional and three-tab.

Fiberglass and Organic Shingles

Fiberglass shingles are the most widley used residential roofing product. These products are a great value and present a wide variety of choices from colors to styles. Organic shingles off a distinctive alternative to fiberglass as they tend to be thicker, heavier, and available in unique styles and colors that add a different dimension to your roof.
